Founders’ Weekend is a private, founder-led space created by and for founders in CPG and tech. It’s designed to be a confidential and trusted community—free from self-promotion, transactional asks, and outside noise. Here, founders can connect, share insights, and support each other through the realities of building and scaling a business.

When you apply to join and are accepted, you gain access to The Founders’ Bureau, which includes:

• The Membership Directory – A curated directory to help you easily find and connect with fellow founders and supporters, organized by specialty for quick collaboration.

• IRL and Digital Events – Year-round programming, including AMAs, workshops, founder check-ins, and our annual retreat, all designed to provide real-world support, skill-sharing, and meaningful connection.

• The Resource Library – A member-approved list of business tools and platforms, recommended by founders for founders, to help navigate every aspect of your business.

• The Founders’ Weekend Slack – A dedicated space for ongoing conversations, support, and camaraderie among founders, fostering a high-trust environment built on depth and shared experience.

We’ve spent half a decade thoughtfully building this community, and its strength comes from genuine engagement, trust, and mutual support. This is not another members’ club, Slack group, or LinkedIn shortcut—it’s a space for founders who value real connection.

We typically don’t admit consultants, agencies, investors, or advisors. Membership is granted at the discretion of the moderators on a rolling basis.
